Fort Lauderdale–based coaching to help you prepare for ketamine therapy, process insights, and create meaningful, long-term change.
Ketamine therapy creates a powerful window of neuroplasticity—your brain becomes more flexible, receptive, and capable of lasting change. But the infusion is only one part of the healing process.
How you prepare for the experience, and how you integrate afterward, plays a profound role in your overall outcome.
To support this, One Mind offers preparation and integration coaching with two specialists, each bringing a different background and approach. Patients can review their profiles and videos to choose the option that feels like the best fit. These sessions are not medical appointments; they are structured coaching experiences designed to support preparation before treatment and reflection afterward.
Preparation happens before your ketamine infusion—typically 1–2 weeks ahead of treatment.
In your preparation session(s), you will:
Think of it as “warming up” your mind for a meaningful therapeutic journey.
Integration sessions occur after your infusion—anywhere from the same day up to 4 weeks later.
These sessions help you:
Integration is where temporary relief becomes lasting change.
