A full-hour consultation by telehealth with Dr. Kristy Fisher, MD, a board-certified psychiatrist. She’ll listen to your whole story and build a plan tailored to you. She reviews the whole history, tells you what she thinks is going on, and builds a treatment plan with you, based on your needs and intentions.
Dr. Fisher focuses on treating the individual, whatever that may entail. This includes difficult cases, such as treatment-resistant conditions that may seem unsolvable or hopeless.
Most patients presenting to One Mind have had years of previous treatment attempts without much success. Often, important details get overlooked. Medication lists grow without specialist review, new problems arise and are obscured by those long lists, patients are lost to follow-up, and newer, better treatment options are never considered.
A consultation at One Mind is a fresh start. Dr. Fisher gives a thorough assessment of the entire story and explores a wide realm of treatment options, including newer and more novel approaches. You will leave the appointment with a clear understanding of her assessment and recommendations, along with an organized plan for moving forward.
Depression, anxiety, bipolar spectrum, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and the complicated presentations that have not responded to previous treatment.
Starting, adjusting, consolidating, or tapering — with a reason you understand and a date to reassess.
A complete and thorough review of your current and past regimen, written up and sent to the physician who will keep managing your care.
We are not an insurance-billed practice, and the difference shows up in how your care is delivered.
You see Dr. Fisher herself — not whoever is available that week.
A full hour for your consultation and thirty minutes for follow-ups, instead of a fifteen-minute medication check.
New patients are usually seen within a week, and you can message us through the portal between visits.
With your permission, Dr. Fisher coordinates directly with your therapist, your primary care physician, and anyone else involved in your care, and sends them your plan and your progress.
If your plan calls for it, One Mind can bring in interventional treatment such as IV ketamine therapy — same practice, same record, no referral out and no starting over.
From first contact to first appointment, usually within a week.
Pick a time with Dr. Fisher online, or call us and we will find one with you.
One secure link, about twenty minutes. Your history and your paperwork in one place, so Dr. Fisher has read it before your appointment.
A full hour by secure video, from home or anywhere else in Florida. You leave with Dr. Fisher’s assessment explained in plain language, a plan you helped build, and prescriptions sent the same day when clinically indicated.
Follow-ups every week or two at first, then further apart as things settle. Symptom scores are tracked at each visit, so the plan is adjusted against real data.

You will still complete our comprehensive psychiatric intake before your first appointment — every new psychiatry patient does, because it gives Dr. Fisher the full picture from the start.
We also work alongside outside therapists and physicians rather than replacing them. With your permission, we send your plan and your progress to whoever else is involved in your care.
