Physician-Led Preparation & Integration
Dr. Spertus is a triple board-certified physician in Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine and a certified professional coach. His medical background informs his perspective, while his work with One Mind is offered within a coaching relationship, not as psychotherapy or medical care.
His approach is psychedelic-informed and whole-person, helping clients prepare for and reflect on their ketamine experiences.

We do not offer introductory provider calls, “meet the specialist” appointments, or direct provider booking. Our care team can answer questions, and your first appointment with Jen or Dr. Spertus is the preparation session included in your purchased program.
IV ketamine for chronic pain is administered by the same board-certified anesthesiologists and interventional pain specialists who supervise every mental health infusion at One Mind. They practice pain medicine every day. This is their specialty.
Three consecutive daily infusions, two hours each. High-dose, weight-based ketamine under continuous physician supervision. Full premedication protocol. Continuous hospital-grade cardiac monitoring throughout every session.

Ketamine treatment and preparation/integration coaching are self-pay. We provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement for ketamine treatment, which depends on your insurance plan. Coaching sessions are not billed through insurance.
We accept HSA/FSA funds, major credit cards, and CareCredit, with listed financing options of 0% interest for six or twelve months.
